I can’t believe all that happened last week. It was an
extraordinary time hearing about and being taught on the Father heart of God. It
was taught with passion from a man who didn’t just talk, but lived it out. Ken
Helser. Such a monumental week for myself, it has always been a touchy subject,
but my life is paired with God’s grace! Grace that is applicable because God is
my father, He created me! I experienced so much, but the biggest thing I took
away was an understanding that I have a choice. I can choose to receive or
reject His love and His will. Further more I gained eternity long friends, Ken
and Linda Helser. They spent some time with me on the weekend and tears were
shed, truth was reviled and my soul received peace.
My mom got here on Friday. She will be visiting me
til the 9th of September.
At first I was nervous, but now I am filled with joy as she gets to see me for
who I really am. A man. Before I was merely a boy, but this past couple years
have given me the opportunity to grow up through challenging circumstances as
well as new surroundings. It has been amazing and is only going to continue. My
hope is that all that has happened will be sealed in my heart and shown through
my lifestyle! May Philippians 1:6 become engrained in my heart as God continues to mold me and shape me!
